Butter chicken recipe

Butter chicken is just perfect for this fake English summer 😋

To make it:

• Free range chicken marinated in yoghurt at least for one hour with salt and pepper, chilli, cinnamon and cayenne pepper

• butter

• onion

• shallot

• 2 ts garam masala

• 1 ts ginger

• 1 ts coriander

• 1/2 cayenne pepper

• chicken with marinade

• garlic

• 1 whole jar of chopped tomatoes

• 1 cup of bone broth

• 1 organic cream

• 1 ts of butter

• salt and pepper

Let it simmer on the stove or place into the oven and cook until the chicken is tender and sauce creamy. Tastes the best with presoaked and well cooked rice and some coriander leaves or chives 🤟
